Cleaning

Our staff performs thorough cleaning on the same day or the morning after each use. To ensure safety, cleaning staff wear disposable gloves during the process. High-touch surfaces, such as door handles and restrooms, are disinfected with alcohol-based sanitizers every time.

Customer Service

To minimize contact between customers and staff, we primarily handle customer service remotely whenever possible.

Check-in & Check-out Procedures

Upon arrival, we kindly ask the reservation representative to call our staff. Once we receive your call, we will remotely unlock the venue for you.
Similarly, after all participants have left, please call us again so we can confirm your departure and remotely lock the venue.

On-the-day Support

If you require additional equipment or facilities on the day of your event, we are prepared to accommodate your needs as much as possible. Please call our staff, and we will guide you on the location and usage of the requested items.

Requests to Customers

For infection prevention, we ask all visitors to wear a mask. Additionally, a non-contact thermometer and alcohol-based hand sanitizer are always available, so please use them actively to ensure a safe and secure event.
