Setup Examples at Albe Hall Nagoya

At Albe Hall Nagoya, we host various pop-up stores and exhibitions. Each setup differs greatly depending on the concept and the company’s needs.

In this post, we will introduce some setup examples from events that have previously been held at our venue.

Exhibition Use

This is an image after setting up for an exhibition. We have added walls to increase the number of displays. By adjusting the way the walls are set up, the number of displays and other arrangements become possible.

In this particular exhibition, we created an interactive section for visitors to experience. The venue’s high ceilings ensure that even with a thorough setup, the space doesn’t feel crowded or oppressive.

Use for Lectures and Seminars

This is a setup for a hybrid online/offline event. All the equipment used was provided by Albe Hall Nagoya. The speaker was able to use a microphone and projector from the stage, while 11 tables and 60 chairs were set up for the in-person attendees.

By using only the venue’s equipment, the event ran smoothly and the participants had fewer items to carry around.

Use for Pop-Up Stores

This is an image of a pop-up store during the setup process. We have hosted various types of pop-up stores, including apparel, goods, and more. For apparel stores, we offer clothes racks as part of the available equipment, so feel free to use them as needed.

Use When a Stage Is Required

This is an example of a setup for a fashion show. We provide stage equipment and can arrange a custom stage by combining 1m square panels to meet your needs.
