USES
What people use it for
Pop-up shops
Fashion, jewellery, bags and homeware. Up to 17 clothes rails, fitting rooms, dress forms and mirrors are on hand.
Exhibitions and solo shows
Paintings, crafts and trade exhibitions. Hang work from the picture rails or the ceiling beams, and light it the way you want.
Talks and showcases
Product launches, talks and fan meet-ups. A projector, screen and PA system are available.

Set it up your way
27 picture-rail wires, tape on the walls (with the approved tape), hanging from the ceiling beams, 12 power sockets on walls and floor.

The hall is in the basement, but the route is step-free with a lift (inside 135 × 125 × 230 cm).
A waiting room with a door
About 20 sq m, with a fridge, microwave and sink. Handy as a stock room or staff room.
3 private toilets
Not shared with other tenants, and kept clean by professional cleaners.

RATES
Rates at a glance
From ¥94,380 a day on weekdays and ¥141,570 at weekends and on public holidays (tax included). The rate does not change with the number of people or with commercial use.

How to book
Check availability
The calendar is in Japanese. Your browser can translate it: in Chrome or Edge, right-click and choose “Translate to English”. If you would rather we checked for you, just send an enquiry.
Come and see it (free)
Viewings are free. If you are too far away to come, a member of staff can walk you round on a video call.
Book
Single days can be booked online up to 1 month ahead. For two or more consecutive days, send us your dates and we will send a quotation.
What the hall cannot be used for
Out of consideration for the other tenants in the building, we cannot accept:
- Parties and social gatherings
- Events involving very loud sound
- Dance events
- Live music
- Flea markets with a DJ
- Serving or bringing in alcohol for a party
Alcohol served as a drink at a business meeting can be arranged on request.
The space is best judged in person.
