What was the purpose of your use?

We used it as a venue for our product exhibition.
This was our third time using it, having used it twice before.

The location and access are excellent. Before our first use, we had a tour of the venue, and we decided immediately because it was perfect for our product exhibition.
Not only the size and location, but also the flat and step-free loading and unloading route was a major deciding factor.
Although it is an underground space, it is bright enough, and there was no problem at all.

How was the reservation process and staff support?

Since we used it for three days, a dedicated staff member assisted us.
From booking to the preparation stage and entry on the day, everything went smoothly.
Their response was quick, which allowed us to resolve any issues without delay.

Was it easy to use?

The layout is well-designed, making it easy not only for loading and unloading but also for visitors to navigate.
With its high ceiling and open space, it was easy to guide customers.
The venue provides tables and chairs, so we didn’t have to bring our own, which was very convenient.
