About Usage Time

  • The usage time includes setup, cleanup, and departure.
  • Loading and unloading are also included in the usage time.
  • If advance loading or post-event removal is required, any remaining items will occupy the space, making it unavailable for other users. In such cases, additional fees will apply based on our business hours.
    Example: If your event runs from 10:00 to 18:00 and you begin loading in at 16:00 the previous day,
    the rental fee will apply from 16:00 to 22:00 on the previous day and 08:00 to 18:00 on the event day.
  • For same-day extensions, please consult our staff before your reserved time ends.
  • No refunds will be provided for shortened usage time on the event day.

About Usage Fees

  • The usage fees are displayed including tax.
  • The usage fees may change without notice. If the fees change between your reservation and your usage, there will be no additional charges or refunds.

About Reservations

  • Reservations by phone or fax are not accepted. Please apply through our website.
  • If you are using the space for multiple consecutive days, please contact us through the inquiry form.
  • Your reservation will be secured when you fill out the reservation form and submit it.
  • Your reservation will be confirmed when we receive full payment via credit card or bank transfer.

About Tentative Reservations

  • We generally do not accept tentative reservations.

About Payment for Usage Fees

  • Payment is made in advance via credit card or bank transfer.
  • Please make your payment via credit card or bank transfer within one week (7 days) from your reservation or by the day before your usage date, whichever comes first.
  • If there is no response to the payment request from us within one week of your reservation, your booking will be automatically canceled after 3 days from the contact date.
  • Any transfer fees for bank payments are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If you require a receipt, please let us know when making your reservation.

Reservation Change Policy

  • Same-day time extension: Please settle the additional charge on the same day.
  • Same-day time shortening: This will be considered a cancellation, and no refund will be issued.
  • Same-day schedule change: This will be considered a cancellation, and no refund will be issued.
  • Schedule change: If the change is within one month before or after the original date, it can be changed for free. If it exceeds one month, it will be treated as a cancellation.
  • Since the space is in high demand, please note that changes made after 10 days from the reserved date will be treated as cancellations.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees will apply as per the cancellation policy.

  • 29 to Same day: 100% of the fee (no refund)
  • 59 to 30 day before: 80% of the fee
  • 89 to 60 days before: 50% of the fee
  • More than 90 days before: Full refund
  • ※If the cancellation is due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, please contact us for consultation.
  • If you make a reservation more than two months in advance and reduce the usage time by more than 3 hours, the reduced time will be considered a cancellation, and 50% of the reduced time will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.

Refunds for Cancellations

  • If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will refund the amount after deducting the cancellation fee in accordance with our cancellation policy and the bank transfer fee.
  • If you choose to pay by credit card, we will refund the amount after deducting the cancellation fee in accordance with our cancellation policy and the transaction fee.
  • Refund processing may take up to a week.

For Long-Term or Regular Customers

  • Your reservation will be confirmed once the full payment of the invoice is made within one week after the invoice is issued.
  • We do not accept provisional or tentative reservations.

Responsibility

  • The applicant is responsible for managing their luggage and valuables.
  • In the event of theft or loss, we are not responsible. Please understand this in advance.
  • If any equipment, furniture, or building is damaged, destroyed, or lost due to the applicant or participants’ actions, the damage may be charged to the applicant.
  • We are not responsible for any personal or property damage caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes.
  • We are not responsible for any lost items left in the rental space.
  • Lost items will be kept for 3 months. After this period, they will be disposed of.

Space Condition

  • The photos of each space are published, but please note that the actual environment may not be exactly the same. There may be differences in the type, number, and size of furniture.
  • No negotiations will be accepted for discounts based on differences from the photos.

Layout

  • As a general rule, please use the space within the capacity limit. If the number exceeds, please consult us separately.
  • The layout of desks, chairs, and other furniture can be changed.
  • If furniture or equipment is moved, please return them to their original positions after use.
  • Please do not take furniture or equipment outside the venue, even if you do not use them.

Food and Drink

  • Food and drink are allowed, but please consult us in advance if you plan to cook.
  • The provision or bringing of alcohol is prohibited. Please ensure that your guests are informed not to bring alcohol as well.
  • Takeout, delivery, or catering arrangements must be made by the customer.
  • If you arrange catering, please contact us in advance.
  • We are not responsible for any incidents such as food poisoning.

Usage Guidelines

  • Staff may need to enter and exit the studio for business purposes.
  • As a general rule, please take your garbage with you. If you wish, you can purchase garbage bags as a paid option, and we will handle the disposal for you.
  • The interior is non-smoking. Please use the ashtray on the balcony if necessary.
  • We cannot lock or unlock the venue at your convenience during your rental period.
  • There are no parking or bicycle spaces available, so please use nearby coin parking.
  • We ask for your cooperation in ensuring that your guests do not loiter, smoke, or litter around the space.

Other Prohibited Activities

  • Bringing pets (trained animals as models are allowed)
  • Smoking inside the building
  • Occupying or lingering in areas outside the reserved space (such as hallways or stairs)
Prohibition of Excessive Exposure and Associated Activities

Excessive exposure or actions related to it may result in the cancellation of the reservation, even after it is confirmed. If such activities are discovered on the day of usage, you will be required to leave immediately.

  • Obscene representations of characters
  • Micro bikinis
  • Low-angle photography
  • Sales of items containing excessive exposure, such as ROMs
