Privacy Policy – Rental Space ALBE

First Create Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of personal information of users in the services provided on the website of the “Rental Space ALBE” service (hereinafter referred to as “this Service”).

A handling fee of 1,000 yen will be charged for each disclosure request.

Regardless of the above, information other than personal information, such as historical and attribute data, will not be disclosed in principle.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)

If the user requests suspension or deletion of their personal information because it is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or was obtained through unlawful means, the Company will promptly investigate the matter.
If the Company determines that the request is valid, it will promptly suspend or delete the personal information.
If the Company either suspends or deletes personal information, or decides not to do so, it will notify the user without delay.
Regardless of the above, if the suspension or deletion involves significant costs or is difficult to carry out, the Company will take alternative measures to protect the user’s rights and interests.

Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

The Company may change the contents of this Policy without notifying users, except where specified by law or other provisions of this Policy.
Unless otherwise specified, the revised Privacy Policy will take effect when it is published on the website.
