First Create Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of personal information of users in the services provided on the website of the “Rental Space ALBE” service (hereinafter referred to as “this Service”).

Article 1 (Personal Information)

Article 4 (Changes to the Purpose of Use)

  1. The Company will change the purpose of use of personal information only when the new purpose is reasonably related to the original purpose.
  2. If there is a change in the purpose of use, the Company will notify the user or publish it on the website in the prescribed manner.

Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

  1. Except as described below, the Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the user’s consent, unless permitted by the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws.
    1. When it is necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property and obtaining consent from the individual is difficult.
    2. When it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound development of children and obtaining consent from the individual is difficult.
    3. When it is necessary to cooperate with a national or local government agency, or a person entrusted by such an agency in executing legal duties, and obtaining consent from the individual may hinder the execution of those duties.
    4. When the following items have been disclosed or made public, and the Company has reported to the Personal Information Protection Commission:
      1. Including the provision to third parties in the purpose of use.
      2. Items of personal data to be provided to third parties.
      3. Methods or means of providing personal data to third parties.
      4. The method for individuals to request the cessation of providing personal information to third parties.
  2. Despite the above, the following cases are not considered provision to third parties:
    1. If the Company entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information to achieve the purpose of use.
    2. If personal information is provided due to business succession such as a merger.
    3. If personal information is jointly used with a specific party, and the individual is notified in advance of the intended use, the items of information, the scope of the users, the purpose of use, and the name or designation of the responsible party for management of the data.

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

  1. If the Company is requested by the individual to disclose their personal information, the Company will disclose it without delay. However, if disclosing the information may fall under the following cases, the Company may not disclose all or part of the information and will notify the individual accordingly. A handling fee of 1,000 yen will be charged for each disclosure request.
    1. If it may harm the life, body, property, or other rights of the individual or a third party.
    2. If it may significantly interfere with the proper operation of the Company’s business.
    3. If disclosing the information violates laws or regulations.
  2. Regardless of the above, information other than personal information, such as historical and attribute data, will not be disclosed in principle.

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

  1. If the user’s personal information held by the Company is incorrect, they can request correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as “correction, etc.”) through the procedures specified by the Company.
  2. If the Company determines that it is necessary to correct the information, it will promptly make the correction.
  3. If the Company makes the correction or decides not to make any corrections, the Company will notify the user without delay.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)

  1. If the user requests suspension or deletion of their personal information because it is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or was obtained through unlawful means, the Company will promptly investigate the matter.
  2. If the Company determines that the request is valid, it will promptly suspend or delete the personal information.
  3. If the Company either suspends or deletes personal information, or decides not to do so, it will notify the user without delay.
  4. Regardless of the above, if the suspension or deletion involves significant costs or is difficult to carry out, the Company will take alternative measures to protect the user’s rights and interests.

Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

  1. The Company may change the contents of this Policy without notifying users, except where specified by law or other provisions of this Policy.
  2. Unless otherwise specified, the revised Privacy Policy will take effect when it is published on the website.
