What was the purpose of your use?

This was our first time using Albe Hall.
We used it for a long-term exhibition lasting over three weeks.

What is your impression of Albe Hall Nagoya?

The location, space, facilities, and atmosphere were all excellent, and it was unanimously chosen by our team!

How was the reservation process and staff support?

Since it was a long-term use, I was initially concerned about availability, but the staff kept me updated on the schedule, so my worries were quickly relieved.
They responded promptly and kindly to all our questions and concerns, which was incredibly helpful.
Even during the event, they were quick to assist us, resolving any issues almost immediately.

Was it easy to use?

The space offers a high degree of flexibility, so we were able to set up according to the needs of our event, making it easy to use.
There were a few things that required staff confirmation, but overall, we were able to do what we needed.

Any message for those considering using it?

The staff’s support was exceptional.
With the spaciousness and ease of use, it’s an ideal environment for long-term events.
We definitely plan to use it again for our own events, though I’d recommend it before it becomes too popular!
