What was the purpose of your use?

We used Albe Hall as the venue for an art exhibition.
Previously, we had used department store event spaces, but as the number of visitors grew, we started looking for a new location. After researching online, we visited Albe Hall and decided to hold our event there.

What is your impression of Albe Hall Nagoya?

We were looking for a space in Nagoya to replace department store event areas, but many large facilities had either public space or a live house vibe. Albe Hall’s white walls made it the perfect venue for an art exhibition.

How was the reservation process and staff support?

The booking process was smooth.
We were able to secure the space for a month, which was very helpful. During the exhibition, when a light bulb burned out, the staff responded immediately and resolved the issue.

Was it easy to use?

Despite having many artworks and display panels, the setup was very smooth.
The elevator made both loading and unloading much easier.

Any message for those considering using it?

We previously used department store event spaces but often faced restrictions and complications.
Albe Hall was much more flexible, and their responsiveness made the event run smoothly and successfully. I highly recommend it!
