What was the purpose of your use?

We held a ticketed exhibition.
After a site visit, we concluded that it was the best venue considering factors such as ease of loading and unloading, brightness, and location, so we decided to use it.

What is your impression of Albe Hall Nagoya?

Since we anticipated a large number of visitors, we were pleased to find that the high ceilings and spaciousness made the space feel comfortable and not overcrowded, even with many people.
The ample space allowed for smooth navigation and easy guest guidance, even with large setups.

How was the reservation process and staff support?

Initially, we had a general inquiry, but the staff thoroughly listened to our needs, suggested equipment, and explained what was possible within the space. This made the decision-making process much smoother.
We were also impressed by the staff’s flexibility in accommodating last-minute requests, something we hadn’t experienced at other venues.

Was it easy to use?

The flat access for loading and unloading was extremely helpful.
With restrooms and a waiting room available on the same floor, the event proceeded smoothly without any delays. Our staff found it easy to use the space as well.

Any message for those considering using it?

We’ve held events at many locations in Nagoya, but this was by far the most satisfying.
Although I don’t want to share this too widely, as more bookings may prevent us from using it again, I highly recommend it for anyone planning an exhibition or event!
