What was the purpose of your use?

We held a pre-registered talk event.
We have used this venue multiple times because the space size and available equipment are just right, creating a well-balanced, semi-private event atmosphere.

What is your impression of Albe Hall Nagoya?

At first, we were concerned about the brightness since it is an underground venue.
However, it turned out to be bright enough, with high ceilings that allow for an open view of the entire space.
This made event management smooth, including communication and coordination.
Additionally, having three restrooms helped prevent long waiting lines, which was a great advantage.
The stage was set up in our preferred location beforehand, making our preparation process much easier.

How was the reservation process and staff support?

When we were unsure about the placement of the stage, chairs, and tables, the staff provided useful suggestions based on past events and optimal flow.
If you’re unsure about space utilization, consulting with the staff is highly recommended.
The reservation process was relatively simple, with no major difficulties.

Was it easy to use?

We found the venue very easy to use for several reasons:
– The ability to separate staff and guest movement paths.
– Sufficient brightness for a comfortable atmosphere.
– Spaciousness that reduces the burden on guests.
– High flexibility in layout arrangements.

Overall, the venue offers excellent usability and adaptability.

Any message for those considering using it?

From a talk event perspective,
there are multiple options for positioning the speakers,
allowing you to adjust the setup based on the event scale (number of guests),
flow of movement, storage for equipment, and merchandise sales areas.

For small to mid-sized events, this venue is an excellent choice.
