Albe Hall Nagoya is frequently used for exhibitions and pop-up stores. The rental period varies by company, ranging from weekends, one week, or even one month. However, for bookings longer than one week, there is a possibility that single-use bookings may prevent availability, so if you’re interested in long-term use, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible.

We often receive inquiries asking about availability. We understand that your event plans may not be finalized yet. However, we would appreciate it if you could provide more details about your intended use.

For example, we often receive inquiries like:
– “I’m planning an exhibition with paintings. I intend to display about XX pieces and will be using picture rails. There will be food for staff, and I’d like to have background music. If there’s a line, I’d like to manage it outside—will that be possible?”
– “I plan to use the space for a clothing pop-up. The setup will begin at XX time on Friday, and complete breakdown will be on Sunday at XX time. Could you provide an estimate? Also, I plan to offer coffee to customers on Saturday during the event—is that possible?”

These examples reflect the type of details that can help us guide you through what is possible and provide estimates, as well as any important considerations. The more detailed your inquiry, the more accurately we can assist you.
