Reservation Change Policy

- Adding time on the same day: Please settle the additional charge on the day of use.
- Shortening time on the same day: Considered a cancellation, and no refund will be provided.
- Changing the date on the same day: Considered a cancellation, and no refund will be provided.
- Rescheduling: Free rescheduling is allowed within approximately one month before or after the original booking date. If the reschedule exceeds one month, it will be treated as a cancellation.
- Due to the high demand for this space, last-minute changes may prevent other customers from booking. Therefore, date or time changes are allowed free of charge up to 10 days before the reservation. Any changes made within 10 days will be treated as a cancellation.
Cancellation Policy

- Same-day cancellation: 100% of the fee (no refund)
- 14 days to the day before: 80% of the fee
- 30 days to 15 days before: 50% of the fee
- 31 days or earlier: Full refund
- If you book more than 2 months in advance and reduce your reservation time by more than 3 hours, the reduced time will be treated as a cancellation, and you will be refunded 50% of the reduced portion.
Refund Policy for Cancellation Fees
- If payment was made by bank transfer, the refund will be issued minus the transfer fee.
- If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be issued minus the transaction fee.
- The refund process may take up to a week. We appreciate your understanding.
