About Payment
Are there any additional charges?
Generally, there are no additional charges unless you request an extension or add paid options.
However, charges may apply in case of damage or soiling of equipment, or violations of the terms and conditions.
Do you offer installment payments?
Generally, we do not offer installment payments.
For long-term use, we may be able to accommodate requests.
Please let us know if this is something you would like to arrange.
Is it possible to issue a receipt?
Receipts can be issued for both individuals and corporations.
Please let us know if you would like a receipt at the time of application.
We will send it by email after payment confirmation.
When is the payment due?
The payment due date is generally as follows:
For credit card payments, it is immediate.
For bank transfers, it is within one week after we send the invoice.
For corporate clients using the space for long-term use, we can discuss the payment deadline.
What payment methods are available?
The payment methods available are:

Can I pay by invoice?
Both individuals and corporations can pay by invoice.
As a general rule, please make the full payment within one week after the invoice is issued.
If payment is not confirmed, we may cancel the reservation, so please be aware of this.
Can I pay on the day of the event?
we only accept prepayment for all bookings. Payment on the day of the event is not allowed.

How can I make a reservation?
For short-term reservations, you can book directly online.
For multiple consecutive days, there are some important points to consider, so please contact us for more details.
When can I make a reservation?
Regarding the reservation start dates:
For single-day bookings
Reservations can be made starting two months before the desired date.
For bookings of three or more consecutive days
Reservations can be made starting six months in advance.
For bookings of three or more days, online applications are not available. Please contact us with the details of the dates and usage via the inquiry form.
Is long-term booking available?
Long-term bookings are more than welcome!
We can also discuss the dates, so feel free to contact us even during the planning stages.
Is same-day booking possible?
We sincerely apologize,
but due to insufficient preparation time, we do not accept same-day bookings at ALBE Hall Nagoya.
Please consider and apply in advance.
Is there a provisional reservation system?
We apologize, but
we do not accept provisional reservations.
Your reservation will secure the date upon confirmation, so please apply as early as possible if you are considering it.
Is it possible to change or cancel a reservation?
Changes and cancellations are possible; however,
there are terms and conditions for each.
Please make sure to check them in advance.
Is it possible to make a reservation outside of regular hours?
It is possible depending on the nature of your event. Please feel free to contact us for more details.
Can I make a reservation by phone?
We only accept reservations via our website to avoid potential issues. Phone reservations are not available.
About Usage
Is it possible to bring in food and drinks?
Bringing in food and drinks is generally allowed; however, alcohol is basically not permitted.
If you wish to serve alcohol, please consult with us in advance.
We will review the details and make a decision accordingly.
Is it okay to bring in equipment and supplies?
Bringing in your own items is not a problem. We do not charge any additional fees for bringing in items.
Is it possible to use the space during late-night hours?
It is possible to arrange based on the event details.
Please contact us if you have any requests.
Does the preparation and cleanup time count within the rental hours?
The rental time is from “move-in entry to complete cleanup and departure.”
You cannot enter or move in before the rental start time, so please consider this when planning your rental hours.
What is the maximum capacity?
We do not have a specific limit on the number of people.
However, we recommend a maximum of around 150 people.
While there is no set capacity limit, the more people there are, the more likely it is that noise and gatherings outside the space will occur. We kindly ask that event staff manage the event within a manageable range.
Is cleaning required after use?
Generally, there is no need for sweeping or other cleaning tasks.
At the end of your rental, we ask that you return any equipment to its original position and clean up any food or drink spills by wiping or picking them up.
Is it possible to use the space with pets?
We sincerely apologize, but generally, pets are not allowed on the premises.
However, for model shoots, if the pet is well-trained, it may be possible with prior consultation. If you wish to bring a pet, please reach out to us for further discussion.
Is there a smoking area?
A designated smoking area with an ashtray is provided on the balcony of ALBE Hall Nagoya.
Please smoke in this area.
It is also possible to request a no-smoking policy for the entire event, depending on your needs.
What should I do if I want to extend the time on the day of the event?
If you wish to extend the time, please contact the staff. We will guide you through the payment process for the extension fee.
What should I do with the trash?
We would prefer if you could take the trash with you. However, if you choose the paid option, we can handle the disposal for you.
How is the key handover handled?
Please contact us by phone when unlocking the door. We will unlock it remotely. Similarly, please call us when you are leaving so that we can lock it for you.
Can I use the space with shoes on?
Yes, it is allowed.
About Equipment
What is the procedure if equipment is damaged?
In case of damage to the equipment, we will assess the situation before deciding on the appropriate response.
Please contact us if any equipment is damaged.
Is it okay to move the equipment inside the venue?
You are free to move the equipment inside the venue.
Please ensure that everything is returned to its original place after use.
Is prior reservation required for additional equipment?
If the equipment is available within the space, you may use as much as needed.
For equipment that we do not provide or if you need more than what is available in the space, please arrange through an external supplier or vendor.
Is it possible to set up decorations or bring in additional equipment?
Bringing in decorations or equipment is allowed.
However, double-sided tape is not permitted on the walls.
If you need to stick anything to the walls, please use masking tape or protective tape.
Is it possible to use a kitchen or cooking equipment?
The dressing room at ALBE Hall Nagoya has a water supply, but there is no cooking space or cooking equipment.
If you wish to cook by bringing your own equipment, please let us know in advance what you plan to cook and what equipment you will be using.
Additionally, if cooking is involved, you may need to apply to the health department.
Please note that the application to the health department is the responsibility of the customer.
Our company is not liable for any incidents (such as food poisoning) that occur within the space, so please be aware of this in advance.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Wi-Fi is available for use.
The password is provided within the space, so feel free to use it.
How many chairs and tables can be used?
There are 11 long tables (180cm x 45cm) and 60 chairs available for use.
Are microphones and speakers available for rent?
As a paid option, speakers and two wireless microphones are available for rent.
Do you have a projector?
There is a ceiling-mounted projector available, which can project onto a large screen.

Is special usage possible?
Please feel free to consult us if you have any special setup or sales requests, apart from the things that are currently not allowed.
We will discuss and determine whether it is possible to accommodate your request.
Is it possible to accommodate languages other than Japanese?
We can accommodate languages other than Japanese by using translation.

Is it possible to rent the entire space?
ALBE Hall Nagoya is a one-floor space, so the entire floor is generally considered a private rental. Please note that other floors are not rental spaces, so be mindful of any movement between floors.
What are the fire safety facilities and emergency response procedures?
Albe Hall Nagoya regularly conducts fire inspections, and the space is equipped with fire extinguishers, alarms, and other necessary facilities.
In case of emergency, please contact the provided emergency contacts within the space.
Can event operation staff be arranged?
We do not assist with event operations. If needed, please arrange your own staff for event management.
Is it possible to send luggage in advance?
It is possible to send luggage in advance with prior consultation. However, please note that rental fees will start from the moment the luggage arrives.
If you consult with us beforehand, our staff can receive the luggage on your behalf. Please feel free to contact us in advance if you wish to arrange this.
Are there accommodations nearby?
The space is located in the heart of Nagoya, so there are plenty of accommodations nearby.
You can search for “Nagoya Sakae hotels” for options.
Is it possible to visit the venue beforehand?
Visiting the venue is possible.
Since the venue will need to be available, please let us know your preferred dates and times for the visit.
Is parking available?
There is no affiliated parking available.
Please use the nearby coin-operated parking lots.
