What was the purpose of your use?

We used it as a venue for a kimono exhibition.
We have used this space several times.
It was difficult to find a venue with a good size in Nagoya, and we finally found Albe Hall Nagoya.
Since it was a kimono exhibition, we were looking for a place where we could properly set up, and this venue met our needs.

What is your impression of Albe Hall Nagoya?

At first, my strong impression was that it was spacious and seemed easy to use.
After actually using it, I found it very convenient, with great facilities, layout, and overall functionality.
Its proximity to the station and the availability of many coin parking lots nearby were also advantages.
Additionally, being close to the Chubu Electric Power MIRAI Tower made it easy to guide customers.

How was the reservation process and staff support?

The reservation process was simple.
Since our event lasted several days, a dedicated staff member was very responsive, helping us resolve any concerns before the event.
Even during the event, whenever we needed assistance, they helped within their capacity, which was extremely helpful.

Was it easy to use?

Since we planned to set up a proper exhibition, having both an elevator and stairs for access was very helpful.
The spacious venue made setup easy, and customers also found it convenient to navigate, which received positive feedback.

Any message for those considering using it?

First of all, the great location makes it easy for customers to visit.
We organize events nationwide, but finding a venue of this size in Nagoya is quite rare, so we plan to continue using it.
