What was the purpose of your use?
We used Albe Hall as the venue for a merchandise sales event.
Given the nature of the products we were selling, we needed a venue with strong security measures, and after visiting Albe Hall, we made our decision immediately.
What is your impression of Albe Hall Nagoya?
We expected thousands of visitors over the course of nearly a month, so the venue’s accessibility and spaciousness were key considerations.
Initially, we were looking at public halls but found their conditions too strict. That’s when we found Albe Hall through an online search and decided to inquire.
How was the reservation process and staff support?
The event coordinator from Tokyo and our on-site setup team were able to visit the venue multiple times, and the staff were always responsive and accommodating.
The booking process went smoothly as we directly communicated with the sales representative, and their quick response was a big help for our event planning.
Was it easy to use?
Not only is the building itself secure, but the venue’s security measures are also top-notch, which made us feel at ease about storing and protecting our merchandise.

With a dedicated point of contact, we felt completely supported throughout the booking process, event day, and during the event.
We’ve used various facilities nationwide, but none have offered such reliable and thorough service as this space. Highly recommended!
