Rates
All prices include tax. The rate does not change with the number of people, and there is no extra charge for selling or for commercial use.

- Hourly bookings are for at least 5 hours.
- A whole day (8:00–22:00) is charged as 13 hours.
- Prices vary with the season and how busy we are. The booking screen shows the exact price for each day.
INCLUDED
What is included
The whole 200 sq m floor, the waiting room, 3 private toilets, the lighting, Wi-Fi and most of the equipment (tables, chairs, mirrors, dress forms, picture rails and more). Clothes rails, fitting rooms, the PA system, microphones and the stage are charged extras.
MULTI-DAY
Pop-ups and exhibitions over several days
Single days can be booked online up to 1 month ahead. For two or more consecutive whole days, send us your dates and we will quote, including load-in and load-out days. We can take these bookings up to six months ahead.
While your goods or exhibits stay in the hall overnight, the hall is treated as in use, so those hours are charged too.
PAYMENT

Payment is in advance. Invoices are due within a week of issue, or by the day before your booking if that is sooner.
CANCELLATION
Changes and cancellation
Bookings arranged with our staff
The cancellation policy depends on the event and is set out in your quotation.
Bookings made online
You can change the date free of charge up to the day before, if the new date is free. A change on the day counts as a cancellation.

A separate handling fee applies (card payments 3.7% plus tax, bank transfer and convenience-store payments ¥350 plus tax). Cancellations within 30 minutes of booking are free. If a weather warning is in force the day before or on the day, please talk to us.
